Given is one of the very few shounen anime that managed to represent a realistic and down-to-earth romance between two guys. The anime does not over-sexualize the relationship and fills you with feelings of warmth.

The story fleshes out beautifully and is only enhanced by the incredible music accompanying the series. The first part of the movie was a huge success, and fans have been dying for the second part.

Sony Music Japan is streaming a short video for the song “Straight” from Eiga Given: Hiiragi mix.

The song from the first part was goosebump-inducing. Fans were awestruck when they heard Hiiragi’s voice in the theatre and couldn’t help but react exactly like Ritsuka. The entire song was just perfection, and fans are excited about what is in store for the next film.

Hopefully, the second part will break all the records set by the previous versions and surprise us beautifully.
