15. Sakura

Sakura has become the greatest medical ninja in the world. She has unbeatable physical power, great intelligence, and expert chakra control that makes her a force to be reckoned with.

The Strength of a Hundred Seal tattoo on her forehead allows her to control her chakra more efficiently and she’s known for her raw strength and impressive battle experience.

Sakura

Sakura is a character that shouldn’t be underestimated, especially with her combination of physical strength and medical ninjutsu. Her performance in the 4th Great Ninja War and her fight against Kaguya are just a few examples of her incredible strength.

She’s even considered stronger than her mentor, Tsunade, who was the 5th Hokage.

14. Shikamaru Nara

When it comes to his ninja abilities, Shikamaru has some seriously cool tricks up his sleeve. His nature transformation includes Yin release, which helps him out with Fire and Earth releases and shadow-based techniques.

He can manipulate his shadow as he inherited this power from the Nara clan. It allows him to immobilize his opponents and make them copy his movements.

Shikamaru is such a force to be reckoned with because of his brain. He’s known throughout Konoha as one of the best strategists out there. His cleverness and tactical thinking are his most potent weapons, which earned him the title of Hokage’s assistant.

So even though he might seem a little lazy on the surface, you don’t want to mess with Shikamaru.

13. Kakashi Hatake

Kakashi may not have his Sharingan anymore, but he’s still one of the strongest characters in Boruto. As the sixth Hokage, he’s got loads of other skills that don’t even need the Sharingan.

Kakashi | Source: Fandom

Kakashi can easily take on multiple enemies and even use Purple Lightning, which is supposed to be the strongest lightning Jutsu. And get this; he doesn’t need hand signs to do it!

We have not seen much of Kakashi in Boruto yet, but he can still do some amazing stuff. Even without the Sharingan, he’s got over 1,000 jutsu at his disposal from all the copying he did before.

So, don’t underestimate him because he’s still one of the best characters around.

12. Gaara

Gaara is one of the biggest badasses in the series. As the 5th Kazekage, he was the ultimate weapon of Suna and was trained to be a straight-up killing machine from the time he was a kid.

When it comes to ninja skills, Gaara is top-notch. He’s a master of Nature transformations, with Earth, Lightning, and Wind release all under his belt. Plus, he can control sand and is skilled in Taijutsu.

He can create a shield made of sand to protect himself and his friends, and he’s damn good at it. Even in Boruto, he’s holding his own against some adamant opponents.

And let’s not forget that Gaara is more than just a powerful ninja – he’s also a great leader and a loving father. So yeah, he’s the total package.

11. Rock Lee

Rock Lee is the guy who proves that hard work beats talent any day. He’s a total taijutsu master and embodies the spirit of a true shinobi.

Rock Lee | Source: Fandom

As a kid, people didn’t think Lee had what it takes to be a shinobi because he couldn’t use ninjutsu or genjutsu. But he didn’t let that get him down and kept working on his taijutsu skills.

Rock Lee is capable of opening all Eight Inner Gates, exponentially increasing his physical strength. He protected Shikadai during the Chunin exams, and he’s one of Konoha’s strongest ninjas at the moment.

10. Delta

Delta is a fierce fighter and one of the top dogs in the criminal group Kara. She’s so powerful that she forces Naruto to use his six-path sage mode, which is no easy feat.

But, as a cyborg, she’s not a “normal” member of society.

Delta Brown

Delta has all sorts of dangerous tricks, including a spy drone, chakra absorption, and the ability to unleash ninjutsu through her eyes. And let’s not forget about her modified legs. She’s a human weapon with an evil streak.

She has a pretty complicated backstory, but Amado wanted to bring his daughter back to life, and Kara was his way of doing it, with Delta as the first experiment.

9. Kashin Koji

Kashin Koji used to be a member of Kara, and Amado created him by cloning Jiraiya. Because of this, he’s super strong and can use the same Ninjutsu as Jiraiya, which includes summoning toads and using the Reverse Summoning Technique.

He’s also a master of Fire and Earth release and can use the Sage Mode.

Despite being a clone, Kashin Koji is stronger than the original Jiraiya. Koji’s Sage Mode is perfect, unlike Jiraiya’s, which had some flaws. Amado created Koji to stop Jigen and kill Isshiki, so you know he means business.

He’s even a member of the Kara Inner Circle, which comprises some of the most powerful characters in the series.

With his scientific ninja technology enhancements and his ability to use space-time ninjutsu, Kashin Koji is one of the strongest characters in the Boruto series.

8. Sasuke Uchiha

Sasuke is the last pureblood Uchiha and has some serious power. Even though Sasuke lost his Rinnegan and most of his powers, he’s still a force to be reckoned with.

He’s also a master of Genjutsu and can summon the powerful Susanoo. He’s got tons of experience and can use all kinds of nature transformations.

Nowadays, Sasuke works as the Shadow Kage, protecting the village from danger and investigating the Otsutsuki clan.

7. Naruto Uzumaki

Naruto has the Sage Mode and Six Paths Chakra, but the real deal is his Baryon Mode. It’s like his ultimate power-up and makes him ridiculously strong. But even without that, losing Kurama in his fight with Isshiki didn’t make him weak or irrelevant.

He still has many other power sources like the six paths chakra, sage mode, and chakra from other tailed beasts.

Naruto

Naruto’s a god-tier shinobi. He’s got all the qualities to make him unstoppable in battle, like his battle experience, chakra reserves, speed, durability, and strong will.

6. Eida

Eida is one of the cyborgs that Amado modified, along with her brother Daemon. One of her abilities is the Senrigan, which lets her see everything that has ever happened in the world and even in other dimensions.

She can also use her charm to make anyone who’s not her blood relative fall in love with her, which makes them unable to attack her. Talk about a lethal combo!

Eida | Source: Fandom

Overall, Eida is one of the most dangerous characters in Boruto. It’s no wonder Amado created her to take down Isshiki. We’ll have to wait and see just how powerful she is!

5. Daemon

Daemon might look young, but he’s got a messed-up personality. He’s good at Taijutsu and can knock out anyone with just a kick. His sister even thinks he’s the only person besides the Ōtsutsuki clan who can take her down.

Isshiki ordered Boro to kill them since they were cyborgs that could defeat him. But Boro secretly hid them away because of Eida’s powers.

Daemon | Source: Fandom

Daemon has an incredible ability where he can instantly reflect an attack based on the attacker’s intent, but he has to hold their hand to make it work. Even though he’s not great at fighting, Amado said that he’s way stronger than Code with the limiters.

With his power to reflect anything at his opponents, Daemon can take on anyone in a fight and win without breaking a sweat. It’s crazy to think about his strength since we don’t know the full extent of his power.

4. Kawaki

Kawaki was experimented on to make him the perfect vessel for Isshiki, which means he’s way stronger than your average Genin.

Kawaki | Source: IMDb

Kawaki’s abilities are insane – he can absorb any Ninjutsu thrown at him and even make weapons out of his body. Plus, he’s built like a tank and can pack a mean punch.

But the real kicker is that he has the karma mark, which gives him access to Isshiki Otsutsuki’s powers. That includes some crazy stuff like Dojutsu, Sukunahikona, Disruption cubes, Daikokuten, and more.

He lost his karma for a bit, but then Amado put it back in him, and now he’s even more potent.

3. Boruto Uzumaki

As a natural-born elite ninja, Boruto has mastered Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and even Lightning release nature transformations.

Once he gets the Karma mark, Boruto receives access to the power of Momoshiki and can do some crazy stuff. He becomes a complete Otsutsuki when Momoshiki brings him back to life in the manga. Talk about leveling up!

Boruto | Source: IMDb

Boruto can take on anyone with his Karma powers, including other Otsutsuki. He has always been a prodigy, even before he got these crazy power-ups. He achieved some incredible feats at a young age and surpassed Naruto and Sasuke when they were his age.

And with his unlimited potential and growth as an Otsutsuki, Boruto quickly became one of the series strongest characters.

2. Code

After Isshiki’s demise, Code took over the Kara organization. Amado modified him to endure ninja tools, and he can weaponize his body parts, like his fingers, which can chop anything in his way. He’s got a claw mark, too, making him even more powerful.

Code

According to Amado, Code is even stronger than Naruto. He’s considered to be the biggest threat in Boruto right now.

The white karma seal is so powerful that Amado had to install limiters in Code’s body to keep his power in check. Fans are very excited to see Code’s full power without limiters.

1. Shibai Otsutsuki

There’s a lot of debate about whether Shibai is still alive or not. Some fans think he’s dead, but others believe he ascended to a different plane of existence and is still out there.

Shibai Otsutsuki is the strongest character in Boruto. He consumed several chakra fruits to the point that he achieved Godhood and limitless powers. He’s considered a God even among the mighty Ohtsutsuki clan and can defeat anyone, including Naruto in Baryon Mode.

Shibai | Source: Fandom

Even if Naruto had Kurama, his powers would still be inferior to Shibai Otsutsuki. That’s how crazy-strong this guy is.

It’s hard to imagine anyone being able to defeat him, but who knows? Maybe there’s someone out there who’s even stronger.
