Whom does Shinra end up with in Fire Force?

After the end of the action-packed anime, Fire Force held viewers’ attention with its thrilling battles and captivating plot.

Fans bid a rollercoaster farewell to the characters battling infernals and the mysterious Evangelist in the final episode, experiencing various emotions.

Shinra Kusakabe ends up with Iris at the end of Fire Force manga. In the last chapter, Inca asks Shinra for his “seed.” Shinra rejects Inca’s Proposal telling him that he ‘already has Iris’, explaining that he and Iris are together.

Iris was saved by Shinra when they first met, demonstrating his view of her as a friend and someone worth protecting. He’d already shown that he finds her beautiful by blushing both when they go shopping and when he sees her exposed during her cleansing ritual.

1. What happened to the other characters?

When I saw that Shinra ended up with Iris, it came as a curveball to me, as there were many better and cuter choices than Iris. Let’s see what some other characters are doing in the end.

Hibana

We see Hibana in a cafe along with Iris, discussing where Shinra is and what he is doing. Hibana then tells Iris that Shinra is her Idol, and even though she likes him, she doesnt mind that he’s now very popular among the ladies.

Hibana, who played a much smaller part in the end of Fire Force, also experienced a lot. Due to all of this, it is beautiful to see these two sisters reunited.

Tamaki

In chapter 303 of the manga, we see Tamaki on a date with Takeru. They both lost their Pyrokinesis and are now normal beings. The couple is okay with this; in fact, they are enjoying their time together as they are traveling.

Tamaki was the most popular character to be usually shipped with Shinra as he always blushed whenever around her.

Inca

Inca became the first witch in the world of Fire Force, a kind of wizard frequently appearing in Soul Eater!

She started triggering odd occurrences with this power, such as summoning a dragon and wreaking havoc.

She was doing all this to compel Shinra to give her his seed so that she would have a child of the Hero that saved the world and didn’t care about being his girlfriend.

While there has been a 25-year time gap since the incident, we have seen one of Shinra’s children, who resembles Inca.

2. Who is Shinra’s Son?

Later in the chapter, we see a 42-year-old Shinra, now titled ‘Supreme Commander of the World Heroes Force.’ Someone tells him that his child finally got enlisted, meaning not only did Shinra marry Iris, he even had a child with her.

3. About Fire Force

Fire Force is a Japanese shōnen manga series written and illustrated by Atsushi Ōkubo. The manga was serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in September 2015. The series ended in February 2022 with 34 volumes.

The story is set in a world where The Great Cataclysm has destroyed much of humanity. It has left the planet in a situation where people are susceptible to burning instantly. Tokyo Empire exists as one of the few surviving habitats where a group of humans with pyrokinetic abilities protect the people.

Shinra Kusakabe, nicknamed “Devil’s Footprints” is a young guy known for his ability to ignite his feet at will. He joins Special Fire Force Company 8, who dedicated themselves to end the Infernal attacks.
