Jujutsu Kaisen’s Chapter 162 Gets Delayed

The start of the Kalinga Recreation will have to wait as next week’s issue of Jujutsu Kaisen is delayed due to the creator’s health issues. On October 17, 2021, chapter 162 will resume with Yuji and Megumi entering the highly anticipated Culling games.

If you’re wondering why Jujutsu Kaisen has gone on a one-week hiatus, it is safe to say it is due to Gege Akutami’s previously cited health issues.

The manga series has already had multiple breaks in the past due to Gege Akutami’s problems with his health. While he has profusely apologized and asked his fans not to worry, our heart goes out to the man who gave us Gojo.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 162 will show the entry of Yuji and Megumi as official players of the Culling games. Word has it, following the duo’s separation on passing through the Kalinga Recreation Barrier, Itadori and Fushiguro, like every participant, will be assigned to one of the nine predetermined locations.

In the upcoming chapter, we will meet Remi, a high schooler with hair that resembles a scorpion’s tail. She will become Megumi’s partner after striking a deal with him.
