Keep reading to quench your curiosity.

How did Saitama get so Strong If God didn’t give him powers?

Saitama got strong by breaking his “Limiter.” It’s a barrier to physical growth that all living beings have, which was set up by God.

No matter how much effort one puts in, every living being has an intrinsic limit to its growth. Too much power becomes unbearable and overwhelms its host, turning it into a mindless, rampaging monster. To ensure that we do not enter the realm where we lose all purpose and reason, God has set limits to the growth of every being. The mechanism with which growth is controlled is called the limiter.

Remember his strict training routine from season 1? He even stopped using the air conditioning during the summers and heaters during the winters to push his body beyond the limiter.

The only negative outcome for him was that he lost all his hair, I guess you got to lose your hair to become the strongest superhero.

In addition, he became quite alienated and extremely bored as he became so strong that no one was a worthy opponent.

Until God gave Garou powers, and he entered the “Cosmic Fear Mode.” He copied Saitama’s moves and power in “Mode: Saitama” and used his “Consecutive Normal Punches” move.

Saitama’s power pushed acceleration to such a zenith that Garou couldn’t keep up.

However, he did not turn into a mindless rampaging monster like Garou, as Saitama did not go through the process of “Monsterization.” Since he was never obsessed with becoming a monster or a villain like Garou.

About One Punch Man

One-Punch Man is a Japanese superhero webcomic created by the artist One in early 2009. It has a manga adaptation illustrated by Yusuke Murata, as well as an anime adaptation. Following its publication, the webcomic quickly went viral, surpassing 7.9 million hits in June 2012.

On an unnamed Earth-like supercontinent planet, powerful monsters and villains have been wreaking havoc in the cities. To combat them, the world’s government created a Hero Association that employs superheroes to stop them. The heroes are ranked from Class C to Class S.

Saitama, an unassociated hero, hails from the metropolis of City-Z and performs heroic deeds for his own entertainment. He has trained himself to the point where he broke his “limit” and can effortlessly defeat any opponent with a single punch while slaying monsters the same way. But he is now bored with his omnipotence and frustrated by sensing he lacks a challenge.
