Where to find Bile Spewers and how to defeat them? Helldivers 2 Guide

Bile Spewers in Helldivers 2 are nasty and dangerous green and orange Terminids that you’ll encounter a lot in the game. They’re just another enemy type, but they can be a real challenge when they start appearing in groups, and you will get killed if you’re not prepared. 

First, you’ll need to find them, and then we can get to the killing part. Luckily, these Terminid bugs aren’t very hard to find, and you can expect them very frequently as you take on harder missions.

1. Where to find Bile Spewers in Helldivers 2?

Bile Spewers can be found on any Terminid-controlled planet on Medium difficulty or above. Players need to make sure to land on bug infested Terminid planets (marked by yellow coloring) and play on Medium difficulty or above.

As you tackle more challenging missions on harder difficulties, the appearance of these Terminid bugs will become more frequent. They’ll sometimes appear in small groups along with similar green but smaller bugs.

2. What planet has Bile Spewers in Helldivers 2?

Bile Spewers are present on Terminid-controlled planets, so make sure you’re deploying on one. These include all the planets present in the eastern segments of the galaxy. The Terminid has three sectors:

• Umlaut
• Mirlin
• Draco

Remember to play on medium or any above difficulty but medium difficulty isn’t unlocked right away. You’ll need to do a couple of missions, and it’ll unlock automatically. After that, visit any Terminid-controlled planets that your heart desires; the Bile Spewers are waiting for you after all.

3. How to defeat Bile Spewers in Helldivers 2?

Bile Spewers can be killed by shooting at their weak points on their green-colored abdomen and the lower part of their face below the armored shell. Shooting the green sack will make them explode upon death, spreading acid, so make sure to stand clear of that area. 

Even though they’re pretty well-defended on the front, their heads are still prone to damage, so shoot there to deal massive damage. Here are some additional tips to take them down more efficiently:

• Shoot at them from a distance, as they can one-shot you with their bile attack if you’re hit directly.
• Keep moving as you return fire, and don’t just stand in one position.
• Use automatic weapons as they’re best for firing from a distance.
• Use support weapons, like Grenade Launcher to not just damage your target but take out any nearby enemy too.

Remember these tips whenever you face a Bile Spewer. While they’re not very hard to kill in comparison to other well-defended enemies like Chargers, it’s still important to not let your guard down whenever you face them.
