Delibird Presents: The Straightforward Way!
Delibird Presents Store is a chain of stores present all over Paldea. Typically they sell pretty much the same things, however Covert Cloak is only available in Levencia which is on the east end of the map.
This is a very easy and straightforward way to obtain the Covert Cloak. You can head to Levencia and buy the coat for 20,000 Pokedollars. However, if you are short on money, you can obtain this item for free.

If you are looking to save 20,000 Pokedollars, this second option is the one for you! You need to get yourself to the town of Montenevera, and head North-West.
The item is situated behind the houses, under the tree in an item ball. You will have to hop over the fence to get the item. Montenevera is a little further than Levencia, but it is worth it since you will be getting the item for free.
Auction House: Not a Sure Shot Way to Get the Covert Cloak!
You can also try your luck at the auctions in Porto Marinada. You might be able to get it for much cheaper than 20,000 Pokedollars. However, it is not a very reliable method to obtain the item.
Having presented all the options, choose your way, trainer. However, personally, I believe heading to Montenevera is the best way to win the Covert Cloak as it is cheap and also reliable. It just takes a little more effort than buying at Delibird Presents.
Covert Cloak: What does it do?
The Covert Cloak protects the wielder from the additional effects of moves. For example, if the opponent uses Thunderbolt, you will not get paralyzed. If you get air slashed you won’t get flinched, if the opponent uses Flamethrower, you won’t get burned.
