The official website for The Concierge, the anime film, unveiled its full trailer and poster visual for the film. The trailer reveals and previews the film’s theme song, “Gift,” from singer-songwriter Myuk. The film will be released on October 20.
The one-minute video trailer starts with the new concierge stepping on her customer. She seems to be struggling in this new environment. However, she is still shown trying her best.
The poster shows the concierge and the varied animal guests in the background.

This anime looks extremely promising. The background designs are notably attractive, with textures and well-chosen colors. The place has a mystery vibe, and the animal guests have great fashion pieces which suit their personality.
However, some fans believe this anime would do well as an anthology series and wonder why they decided to make this a movie instead.
Despite everything, I believe this anime film will be a total banger and is a must-watch.

The Concierge at Hokkyoku Department Store (Hokkyoku Hyakkaten no Concierge-san) is a manga series by Tsuchika Nishimura. It was serialized in Shogakukan’s Big Comic Zōkan from February 2017 to November 2018. It is collected into two volumes.
The series received the Excellence Award in 2022 at the 25th Jaoam Media Arts Festival.
Akino begins her new job as a concierge in a shopping mall. She guides her customers and helps with their unique needs. What’s strange about it? All the customers are animals, including some rare and even extinct species.
