Crunchyroll Services Are Now Available on Prime Video

Prime Video is one of the biggest streaming platforms known for its fantastic lineup of TV shows, originals, and movie rentals. This streaming service also has an extensive collection of add-on channels for platforms, including Starz and Max.

Crunchyroll is now all set to add to this already fantastic assortment of shows and movies, and here’s all the information you need to know about it.

Crunchyroll announced that it has collaborated with Amazon to distribute the Crunchyroll subscription service on Prime Video. Crunchyroll is now available via Prime Video Channels in the U.S.

It will then launch on Prime Video in Canada, Sweden, and the U.K. this week before arriving in additional territories this year.

Crunchyroll is going to offer its fan and mega-fan subscription tiers through Prime Video. The mega-fan subscription includes offline viewing in addition to ad-free streams. More non-video benefits will also be added for the mega-fans shortly.

After officially merging with fellow industry giant Funimation in 2022, Crunchyroll has already reached its peak. It is home to more than 40,000 episodes of content in multiple languages.

And its addition will make life easier since the shows can now be accessed through one app, and there is no need to install multiple apps. However, there are a few others who think this process is unnecessary and redundant.

These collaborations are generally made for channels to expand their reach, and there are no actual merits except for the easy accessibility. However, if you are a fan of finding all your entertainment shows in one place, you are in for a treat with this one.
