Love triangles are messy! But you know what’s messier? A love triangle involving your twin sister. ‘Love Between Twins is Indivisible’ is a light novel series focusing on this very concept and it is all set to receive an anime adaptation!
Kadokawa started streaming the first promotional video for ‘Love Between Twins is Indivisible’. The anime will premiere in July 2024.
The brief teaser trailer features our twin protagonists, Rumi and Maaya. Rumi is tomboyish and is in love with her childhood friend Jun. She describes him as a kind and caring person, however, she lacks the confidence to confess to him.
Her entire world comes crashing down when her “girly” older sister tells her that she is in love with the same person.
A teaser visual featuring Rumi and Maaya has also been released along with the promotional video.
The promotional video has also revealed the main cast members for the show and here’s the list.

The anime has an ‘interesting’ premise. While some of the audience are excited to see how the situation resolves and if it will affect the sisterly bond. Most of the fans are leaning towards the ‘date them both’ solution. However, we are yet to see how the story unfolds.
About Love Between Twins is Indivisible
‘Koi wa Futago de Warikirenai’ or ‘Love Between Twins is Indivisible’ is a Japanese light novel series written by Shihon Takamura and illustrated by Almic. An anime television series adaptation by ROLL2 is set to premiere in July 2024.
The story follows a boy named Jun who is childhood friends with two twin girls with different personalities. He ends up in a love triangle with Rumi, who looks boyish but is an otome (maiden) on the inside, and her twin sister Naori, who is a cute otaku.
