The anime adaptation of ‘The Witch and the Beast’ has been announced. A new trailer and key visuals were released. The anime will premiere on 11 January 2023.
The promotional video is brilliant and features the witches who have been making a living in the world with their magical abilities. However, there seems to be something shady with the witches.
The video then shifts and explains about a witch who has convinced everyone that she is a hero; however, it is the job of our protagonists to clear the misunderstanding of the townspeople.
The teaser trailer features additional characters who were not seen before. The trailer also revealed the opening theme song by “Soumonka.”
The names of the new additional cast members have also been unveiled.

About The Witch and the Beast
The Witch and the Beast (Majo to Yajū) is a dark fantasy manga series by Kousuke Satake. It started serialization in Young Magazine in November 2016, moved to Monthly Young Magazine in May 2021, and also has an anime adaptation under production.
It follows a beast-like girl Guideau and a mysterious man with a coffin, Asaph, on their way to hunt down a witch who is hailed as a hero.
