The Night Agent S2 BTS Images Tease More Thrilling Missions for Gabriel Basso

Behind-the-scenes images from The Night Agent season 2 feature Gabriel Basso preparing for his next adventure.

The Netflix series created by Shawn Ryan follows an FBI agent called Peter Sutherland working in the White House. Sutherland gets involved in a government conspiracy.

The ensemble cast includes Hong Chau, Michael Malarkey, Luciane Buchanan, Keon Alexander, Brittany Snow, and Teddy Sears. As of now, the makers have not announced a release date for season 2.

In an Instagram post, Gabriel Basso shared some photos clicked by Miranda McDonald from The Night Agent season 2. The pictures show a glimpse of Basso preparing for Peter Sutherland’s character and going through rooms and corridors with a firearm. Here’s the post:

Season 2 will explore the dynamic between Peter and Rose Larkin, who parted ways last season. The next season will also include new cast members so that it could focus on a different story.

Season 1 had many action sequences, including car chases and shoot-outs. We can expect season 2 to include similar scenes and Peter to return to the game.

At the end of season 1, Basso gets to know that his father used to work as a double agent and died due to a clash of opposing forces. Basso’s perception of the incident changes completely, and he wishes to know the truth.

At this point, President Travers makes Peter a ‘Night Agent’ and sends him on his first mission. In season 2, we will learn more about Basso’s mission and the change in the situation. Knowing how Peter’s training scenes will feature in the new storyline will also be intriguing.
