The hunt for Chao Fah will continue in the penultimate episode of Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan as he is Jack’s last hope to stop the convergence of the Triad with the Cartel.
This week’s episode ends in a nail-biting cliffhanger as Jack, Mike, and Chavez find the coordinates of a mysterious place that might lead them to Chao.

1. Season 4, Episode 5 Synopsis/Speculation
A major part of episode 5 will occur in the criminal marketplace in Croatia. It is hosted by Olafsky, who was also instrumental in President Udo’s assassination.
Jack and his team will have to face Olafsky and his security forces. Will they be able to find Chao and get him out alive? Or will they be caught in the crossfire? I am expecting a ruthless bloodbath next week.
In Washington DC, James Greer (Wendell Pierce) takes over as the CIA’s deputy director after Jack resigns unexpectedly.
He continues to investigate the Udo assassination, leading him to Walters (David Costabile), a former CIA operative now working as a hitman for Olafsky.
Walters has been following James’ every move and tries to murder him more than once.
Will he be able to expose Walters and his connection to Olafsky? Or will Walters finish the job in the penultimate episode of the season?
We can expect even more twists and turns and the death of more than one major character in the last two episodes of the season.

Jack Ryan and his team travel to Croatia to find Chao Fah, who is attending a criminal marketplace hosted by Josip Olafsky.
Meanwhile, James Greer investigates a shell company linked to Walters and gets attacked by the assassin on a bridge. He manages to escape by jumping into the river.
In Geneva, Chao Fah meets Zeyara, a Triad partner who poses as an unnatural philanthropist. She tells him that he will be in charge of the Triad operations in Myanmar when he returns.
Back in Croatia, Jack Ryan and his team storm the marketplace and disrupt a deal between Josip and Dr. Tun, who sell triggers for an unknown weapon. A shootout ensues, and Jack Ryan tries to capture Dr. Tun.

Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan (also known simply as Jack Ryan) is an American political action thriller television series based on characters from the fictional “Ryanverse” created by Tom Clancy that premiered on Amazon Prime Video.
The first season follows the CIA analyst as he discovers a string of dubious bank transfers carried out by a rising Islamic extremist named Suleiman. The second season sees Jack in the middle of political warfare in a corrupt Venezuela. The third one will see Jack on the run and in a race against time.
Carlton Cuse and Graham Roland created the series, and Cuse serves as an executive producer alongside John Krasinski, Michael Bay, and Mace Neufeld, among others. Krasinski also stars in the series as the title character.
