Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone get Double XP event until Dec 28th

Developers Sledgehammer Games and Activision have announced the Double XP event for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Warzone, available until December 28^th at 10 AM PT. This includes Player, Weapon, and Battle Pass XP.

Including all three XPs in the double XP event has made many fans happy. This is because, no matter what players are grinding for, there arerewards for all of them.

However, fans on Twitter have reported that the Double XP Event was called the Double XP Weekend Event. However, it ended before the weekend started, hinting at a potential bug. 

The bug has now been fixed, and players can enjoy Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone with Double XP. For those players who do not get to play Modern Warfare 3 or Warzone because of their day-to-day lives and, as a result, are struggling to rank up, now is the time.

With the ongoing holidays and the Double XP event, this is the best time to grind and rank up for the coming year. With Season 1 finally launching for Warzone and Modern Warfare 3, the multiplayer modes for both titles have now been merged. 

One thing that the players must keep in mind is that the Double XP weekend is not stackable with the Double XP tokens that can be used in-game. 

As a result, many Call of Duty veterans suggest that players should not waste it during this period and instead hold onto the Double XP tokens for use after the event. Thus, until the end of the year, Call of Duty players have quite some grinding, and a lot of XP left to earn.
