Intel is determined to produce the finest GPUs in the market with their upcoming Arc range.
The lineup consists of graphics cards with advanced specs like high core count, GDDR6 memory support, etc. The devices will be suitable for high-end games and deliver efficient performance. Ahead of its launch, Intel is keeping up with back-to-back driver updates.
Intel has updated the over a week-old 30.0.101.1735 ARC driver, which will now support the Arc A730M GPU.
The Arc A730M features 24 Xe Cores and 12GB DDR6 RAM with a 192-bit interface. The gaming tests place the GPU at par with NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 3050 and RTX 3060.
The updated driver carries the same build, but support for the Arc A770M and A550M models has not been added yet.
The deliberate driver releases are part of why the Arc Alchemist range keeps on getting delayed.
Intel had initially announced a launch date of sometime in 2021. At first, the release was pushed to Q2 2022, then to the following summer.
