Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 brings back a ton of fan-favorites including gameplay modes and locations. Fans are excited to see some classic maps like Terminal, Quarry, and High Rise reimagined.
Reddit user @nonvizo spotted the sandy and dusty Rust in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
Rust is a popular “1v1 me” map, also appearing in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Mobile. Fans are hopeful the map will be available as for 6v6 mode.
This might be included among other features in season 1 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, scheduled for release in November 16. You can expect to see the DMZ mode and Battle Pass as well.
Activision will also be introducing Raids midway through the season, which is a three-player co-op gameplay mode focusing on strategies, puzzles, and combat.
The pre-launch period is exciting, especially when the game is as big as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The beta launch gave us a glimpse of the upcoming weapons, camos, campaigns, and more. Thankfully, season 1 is just a few weeks away.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
