Easy Guide to Lunda’s Missing Armor Set – God of War: Ragnarok

The sixth quest of The Path in God of War: Ragnarok, The Reckoning, includes a Favor called The Mysterious Orb with Lunda at Freyr’s Camp (a Favor is a side-quest). Players will have the option to either do the quest at that moment or at a later date. Although the main objective is to retrieve the orb, if you also find her missing armor pieces, Lunda will restore the armor set for free.

Mysterious Orb Quest

If you’re wondering how you will locate three separate pieces in the vast map of Ragnarok, don’t worry, we have compiled a list of the exact spots where you can discover the armor pieces, along with some helpful instructions!

A little warning, the items in these locations may be randomized. But look around these spots, and you will find one or the other piece.

Noatun’s Garden

Here, you will find Lunda’s Belt, hidden inside a chest in Noatun’s Garden in Vanaheim.

  • Get out of Freyr’s camp from the south side and get on a boat.
  • Upon reaching the mystic gateway, take a right and continue ahead till you reach Noatun’s Garden in the River Delta region.
  • Defeat the enemies present.
  • Go up to the diamond-shaped seal on the wall, and using your Chisel, draw a Rune. This will open up a gate.
  • Head inside and you will find a chest.
  • Open the chest to find Lunda’s Broken Belt.

Cliffside Ruins

Lunda’s Bracers are stocked away in a red chest in the Cliffside Ruins in Vanaheim.

  • Get back on your boat and continue south till you reach the Cliffside Ruins.
  • There will be a ruined stone wall with markings nearby, then climb on top with Freya.
  • Just a little ahead, inside a broken room, there will be a chest.
  • Crack open the chest to discover Lunda’s Broken Bracers.

I. Mysterious Orb

The main objective of this quest can be completed here itself. When you’re in the Cliffside Ruins, explore the area a little to find some red vines and mushrooms.

  • Command Freya to mark the wall with sigils and then use the Blades of Chaos to destroy the wild vines.
  • You will find an iron chain behind it, using which you can climb up to a new area.
  • As you proceed a little further, you can spot a metal slate.
  • Use your Chisel to interact with it, causing a rune to appear, just like you did in Noatun’s Garden.
  • Using the newly-cleared pathway, go over to the wedding site with Freya through the Goddess Falls area.
  • Once you have reached the Veiled Passage, dock your boat, and get off.
  • To your left, you will notice a glowing sphere-shaped object. Pick it up, and you have successfully obtained the Mysterious Orb.

You can choose to go back to Lunda with the orb, or continue to look for the final missing armor piece.

The Veiled Passage

The third and final piece, i.e, Cuirass, can be found in the Veiled Passage. After you’ve obtained the orb, simply follow these steps:

  • Dock your boat where the water ends.
  • There will be a glowing red chest near an area filled with poison mist.
  • Open it to find Lunda’s Broken Cuirass.

Now that you have the Mysterious Orb and the three armor pieces, you can head back to Lunda. You will be given the option to craft the entire set, and in doing so, you will have a new cosmetic armor in your inventory. Here’s a tip, combine the armor with the Talisman Of Meign and Freya’s poison runic attack, to take down bosses quickly.
