MSI Custom Radeon RX 7900 XTX Gaming Trio Classic Spotted on Display

MSI showcased their first RDNA 3 GPU at the CES 2023 event. Out of all the AMD board partners, MSI was the last to unveil their custom Radeon design.

MSI confirmed its custom Radeon RX 7900 XTX GPU as a model of the RX 7900 XTX Gaming Trio Classic graphics card was spotted on display.

The graphics card featured is the Radeon RX 7900 XTX which is the flagship Radeon GPU paired with the Navi 31 GPU and 24GB GDDR6 memory.

The Gaming Trio Classic will feature a triple-slot (8-pin) and a triple-fan design. MSI has not confirmed any specs yet, which suggests that the product release could be months away.

The Gaming Trio card has been titled Classic since it does not use the updated ‘2022’ Gaming Trio cooler, but rather an older design as seen in RX 6000/RTX 30 series cards. Clearly, very little thought has gone into this.

MSI is scheduled to launch its custom Radeon RX 7900 XTX Gaming Trio Classic GPU in the first half of 2023. However, there has not been any official release date announcement by MSI yet.
