NVIDIA has plans to ship all Ada Lovelace GPUs in a month. Hence, AD103, AD104, AD106 and AD107 GPUs will be in stock in the first quarter of the year. According to rumors, desktop chips will be introduced sometime later.

NVIDIA RTX 4090 is paired with the AD103 GPU with 9728 CUDA cores while the RTX 4080 will feature the AD104 GPU with 7424 CUDA cores and 12 GB GDDR6 memory configuration. The default TGP of the RTX 4090 is 150 while the lowest tier variant will feature a 60W TGP.

Nvidia Geforce RTX 40 Series

NVIDIA RTX 4070 will feature AD106 GPU with 4608 CUDA cores, with a maximum boost up to 2.175 GHz. The TGP for this graphics card will vary from 35W to 115W, similar to RTX 4060 and RTX 4050.

The lowest tier of RTX 40 laptop GPU will feature AD107 GPU. The RTX 4060 is featuring 3072 CUDA cores while the RTX 4050 has 2560 cores. The memory configuration for the RTX 4070 is 8GB GDDR6 over a 128-bit memory bus. The RTX 4050 will feature 2560 cores, 6GB of GDDR6 memory, and a 96-bit memory bus.

NVIDIA is planning to release the RTX 4050 laptops starting from $999, which is costlier than the last-gen. However, there has been no official confirmation from the company itself.
