GALAX Product Mistakenly Mentions Both RTX 4070 Ti and RTX 4070 Card

NVIDIA has already revealed that RTX 4070 Ti and RTX 4070 will share the same Ada Lovelace-based AD104 GPU. It is rumored that the RTX 4070 will be launched in late Q1.

The GeForce RTX 4070 logo was spotted on two GALAX product images which were released a week ago.

GeForce RTX 4070 Ti

The packaging mentions the RTX 4070 Ti on the side and RTX 4070 on the front. This is only applicable to EX Gamer White and SG White editions.

It is interesting to see one of the largest graphics card manufacturers to be associated with RTX 4070 cards. However, many are speculating that this is a mistake.

GALAX had mentioned an unannounced GeForce RTX 4050 card on display during one of its RTX 40 launch events a while back. Just recently, they also published a banner announcing the RTX 4090 Ti HOF GPU instead of the RTX 4090 HOF.

These mistakes are very common with GALAX. Hence, it would be wise to wait for official confirmation.

Both RTX 4070 Ti and RTX 4070 will feature the same GPU and memory configuration so it is highly possible that the SKUs will also have the same cooling system. Whatever the reason for this mishap might be, we should only believe any news after a statement is released by GALAX.
