Intel Arc A750 GPU is being sold for $150 by Japanese Retailer

Intel recently cut down the price for its Arc A750 to $249 from $289. Given the specs of this GPU, it is a great deal. This change makes it a reasonable option for gamers who are looking to invest in a good graphics card without having to spend a lot.

Japanese hardware retailer @KOUBOU_nipponba has listed the Intel Arc A750 GPU for 19,800 Yen which is just $150. This low price is calculated after including Japanese VAT (10%) so if one were to convert this to US pricing, it would go even lower.

Intel Arc A750 was recently tested against the AMD Radeon RX 6600 non-XT model after its price drop was announced. There’s only a minor difference in their prices since both the cards come at a reasonable price i.e., $249 for Arc A750 and $250 for RX 6600 (non-XT).

Intel Arc A750

The Arc A750 has more FP32 cores than the RX 6600 (3584 vs. 1792). Both the cards offer similar GPU core counts, and the same memory capacity (8GB GDDR6).

The Arc GPU has a wider memory bus but a much higher TDP of 225W, compared to the RX 6600’s 132W. Their performance is somewhat similar: the Arc A750 was 3% slower than the RX 6600 at 1080p, but its higher memory bandwidth really helped its performance at 1440p, where Arc A750 is 9% faster than the Radeon GPU.

With the new discount, the Arc A750 would be the obvious choice, especially since it’s $100 cheaper than the RX 6600.
