These graphics cards were exclusively sold by BestBuy for a while. This clearance sale implies that this could be their last shipment till stocks last.

Here are the BestBuy listings for the NVIDIA RTX 30 series:

  • GeForce RTX 3090 Ti: $1999.99 to $879.99
  • GeForce RTX 3080 Ti: $1199.99 to $719.99
  • GeForce RTX 3080: $699.99 to $419.99
  • GeForce RTX 3070: $599.99
  • GeForce RTX 3060 Ti: $399.99
  • GeForce RTX 3060: $329.99 to $299.99

The deal is valid for most RTX 30 cards except RTX 3070 and RTX 3060 Ti models. Out of all the listings, the price cut for the RTX 3060 GPU is one to note. The card is available for $300, i.e., $60 less than any custom model sold by BestBuy.

Another interesting fact is that the RTX 3080 ($419.99) is now cheaper than the RTX 3070 Ti ($599.99). The RTX 3080 has 8704 CUDA cores while the RTX 3070 Ti has 6144. The former can boost up to 1710 MHz and the latter can go up to 1770 MHz.

3080

In comparison, the RTX 3080 is slightly faster than the RTX 3070 Ti with better performance and higher frame rates. The latter also has a higher clock speed. However, the RTX 3080’s high power consumption is a tacky subject.

BestBuy’s deal is a great opportunity for those who have been looking to grab one of NVIDIA’s Ampere-based graphics cards but haven’t done so because of their hefty price tags. However, you’ll have to act fast since their availability is limited.
