Baldur’s Gate 3 is a next-gen RPG set in the Forgotten Realms. The Dungeons & Dragons-inspired title is the third installment in the Baldur’s Gate series. Fans can look forward to an engaging tale of fellowship, betrayal, sacrifice, survival, and absolute power.
Developer Larian Studios announced that Baldur’s Gate 3 will be launching on August 31, 2023 for PlayStation 5, MAC OS, and PC.
Baldur’s Gate 3 is said to be Larian Studios’ biggest cinematic storytelling epic till date. It is designed to be the perfect gaming experience for single players or with friends.
On co-op, four players can team up online, and up to two players can play on split-screen on PS5. You can combine forces with your chosen allies or split up to follow your own agenda and complete quests.
While this is great news for PlayStation 5 owners, the same can’t be said for Xbox users. Larian Studios is yet to confirm whether or not Baldur’s Gate 3 will be coming to Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S.

Baldur’s Gate 3 has been in its beta phase for quite some time now, but it looks like the title will be finally ready for launch this year. While the game will bring about a new storyline, there will be some familiar callbacks to the previous game.
