Although Genshin Impact clearly favors its playable roster, HoYoverse has significantly decreased the number of skins released in the game. The last outfits were launched during the Lantern Rite event held in update 3.4. Every Genshin Impact fan is waiting to see what’s in store next.
A known Genshin Impact leaker has revealed an upcoming skin which is designed for Pyro user Klee. The skin will have a five-star rarity and will be paired with several effects. The most notable item from the outfit is the new witch hat, which might point towards a future event.
Skins in Genshin Impact are purely for cosmetic purposes and don’t actually provide any gameplay advantages. However, these skins are ranked based upon rarity and some selected skins even have special animation effects. Currently, Diluc’s Red Dead of Night is the only five-star outfit in Genshin Impact.
Klee was initially a popular character after launch since she was an S-tier DPS character. However, as the game progressed, Klee was overshadowed by newer characters with exciting skills. The new outfit can help boost Klee’s popularity, similar to Diluc with his Red Dead of Night outfit.
Genshin Impact officially revealed a four-star weapon titled Ibis Piercer for version 3.7. Its refinement materials and assortments will be available free of cost during the upcoming Duel! The Summoners’ Summit event. Here are the weapon stats for the Ibis Piercer:
- Weapon type: Bow
- Max. Base Attack: 565
- Secondary stat: ATK percentage
- Secondary stat max. value: 27.6%
- Rarity: Four-star
- Passive effect: Secret Wisdom’s Favor – The character’s Elemental Mastery will be increased by 40 within 6 seconds after a Charged Attack hits opponents. This effect has two stacks which can be triggered once every 0.5.
Pyro user Klee will most likely be featured on the Limited Character Banner for version 3.8, adorning the new outfit. Since update 3.8 is not too far away, we can expect an official announcement by HoYoverse. Till then, the residents of Teyvat can make do with version 3.7 arriving on May 24th.
